Wanbang's Two-Storey Camp Administration and Office Building is a modular office system built from stacked flat-pack container modules, designed for the administration, management and welfare functions of remote workforce camps. Each module uses a standard 6055×2400×2896mm footprint and is bolted to form a stable two-storey structure, providing reception, offices, meeting rooms and staff welfare spaces for mining, construction and infrastructure projects.

Configurations can combine single or double modules per floor to create open-plan offices, partitioned manager rooms, meeting rooms and connecting corridors. A two-storey layout separates quiet office work on the upper level from reception, welfare and meeting functions below. Internal partitions, doors and windows can be arranged to match the site's organizational layout.

4. Climate Adaptation

Structural, insulation and utility options can be adjusted for hot, cold, humid, coastal or high-altitude site conditions. Glass-wool wall and roof insulation (A1 non-combustible), PVC flooring and concealed electrical systems support comfortable year-round use; specific climate packages should be confirmed against project drawings and local requirements.

5. Transport and Installation

Modules are shipped flat-packed to reduce container count and assembled on site with integral hoisting and bolted connections. Exact packing quantity, foundation requirements, crew size and installation duration must be confirmed by the engineering department based on the final layout and site conditions.
