Wanbang’s modular construction site office complex is designed for overseas building, infrastructure and EPC projects that need durable, fast-installed on-site administration space. Each standard module measures 6055 × 2400 × 2896 mm and can be arranged as single- or two-storey office blocks with private offices, open-plan work areas, meeting rooms and welfare facilities. The same flat-pack system can also be combined with workforce dormitories, ablution blocks and storage to form a complete project site. We support layout planning, configuration, material selection, production, shipping and installation guidance.

4. Climate Adaptation

Module options can be specified for the project’s target environment: hot and arid sites with sun shading, insulation and higher HVAC load; tropical and humid sites with ventilation, insect screens and moisture-proof films; cold regions with upgraded glass-wool insulation and heating; coastal sites with corrosion-resistant galvanized steel and protective coating; high-altitude sites with UV and thermal-cycling considerations. Final climate specifications are confirmed against project drawings and local authority requirements.

5. Transport and Installation

Modules are flat-pack shipped to reduce freight volume and loaded by standard container or flat-rack depending on the order. On site, each unit is lifted into place by crane and connected with bolted frames and pre-fitted services, allowing rapid site-office build-out. Exact packing quantity per 40HQ, required lifting points, foundation type, labour count and installation duration must be verified with our engineering team against the confirmed layout before quotation.

6. Camp System Integration

A site office complex works best as part of a wider camp. The same flat-pack system connects administration offices with meeting and welfare rooms, dormitories, ablution blocks, kitchens, dining halls, laundries, clinics, security cabins, warehouses and recreation buildings. All units share the same frame, wall and service interfaces, so the site can be expanded or reconfigured as the project phase changes.

For each project we can provide shop drawings, material specifications (BOM), factory inspection records, packing lists and installation manuals.
