Each standard module measures 6055 × 2400 × 2896 mm and can be configured as single- or multi-room dormitory blocks, combined into two-storey arrays, and linked with ablution, kitchen, dining, office and recreation units to form a complete camp.

Modules are flat-pack shipped to reduce freight volume and assembled on site with bolted frames and pre-fitted services.

On site, each unit is lifted into place by crane and connected with bolted frames and pre-fitted services, allowing rapid camp build-out. Exact packing quantity per 40HQ, required lifting points, foundation type, labour count and installation duration must be verified with our engineering team against the confirmed layout before quotation.
A labour camp is more than dormitories. The same flat-pack system connects accommodation with site offices, meeting and welfare rooms, ablution blocks, kitchens, dining halls, laundries, clinics, security cabins, warehouses and recreation buildings.
All units share the same frame, wall and service interfaces, so a camp can be expanded or reconfigured as the workforce grows or the project phase changes.
For each project we can provide shop drawings, material specifications (BOM), factory inspection records, packing lists and installation manuals. Quality management is carried out under an ISO 9001 system, and material or product certificates are supplied according to the agreed specification.
