Compact Modular Units for Site Camps and Remote Accommodation
Wanbang's capsule accommodation units and compact modular cabins are designed for single-worker quarters, site supervisor rooms, gatehouses, guard rooms, and remote-site living pods. They are suitable for mining camps, construction sites, border and security posts, and projects where small, fast-installed living units are required.
Each unit is factory-finished with integrated lighting, electrical systems and built-in comfort features, allowing quick setup with minimal site work. Options include insulation packages, air conditioning, ventilation, and privacy fittings for different climate and security needs.
We support unit configuration, transport planning, and installation guidance. Custom layouts, finishes and security fittings can be configured to your project drawings (OEM/ODM supported). Compact modular units can be combined with dormitories, ablution blocks, and site offices to form a complete small-scale camp.
Wanbang is a direct capsule house manufacturer, not a trading company. Since 2012 — over 14 years — we have designed, fabricated, and quality-controlled every unit in our own factories. The price you receive reflects factory cost, not a reseller markup stacked on top of it.
We operate 5 production bases under 7 subsidiary companies. Total production area is 120,000+ m². Annual capacity is 3,000,000+ m² of prefabricated buildings, plus 50,000 sets of folding container houses. More than 1,000 enterprise clients source from us each year. For a resort or camp operator, scale means two practical things. Lead times stay stable when your season opens. And the engineering depth is there to customize finishes, glazing, and smart systems, instead of forcing your site into one stock pod.
Our facilities are certified to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and our products carry EU CE marking. Quality control runs from raw-material incoming inspection through in-process checks to finished-unit testing. Batch traceability is kept on every order — so the specification you approve is the pod that arrives on site.
The capsule line is built for exactly the buyers searching this page: resorts, glamping sites, scenic-area operators, and high-density housing. Our flagship two-story capsule house H11 deploys 72 m² of finished living space on a 38 m² footprint, with military-grade framing and EU-certified safety systems. That doubles your rentable area without doubling your land take. Across the line, units combine a hot-dip galvanized steel structure with a fluorocarbon-painted aluminum veneer exterior. The premium finish survives coastal air and mountain weather. An intelligent control system lets guests operate units the way they expect in modern accommodation. Compact luxury models run 28–38 m², sized for eco-resorts and scenic sites where every square metre of land has a price.
Wanbang projects run across Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. That track record includes a 150-unit camp for a power transmission project in the Atacama Desert, Chile. These are not showroom builds. They are units that had to survive long-distance transport, harsh weather, and daily occupancy - the stress a resort pod faces in its second season.
Because we control design and production, we can turn a site brief into shop drawings. We can also confirm customization options and quote against your actual bill of quantities — rather than shipping a catalogue pod. If you are comparing suppliers, ask any shortlisted manufacturer for factory area, certification scope, and a reference project in your climate. We are comfortable answering all three.
