Wanbang's modular houses are engineered as flat-pack camp buildings for workforce accommodation, site offices, and functional camp facilities. This range is ideal for multi-storey dormitories, construction site offices, ablution blocks, kitchens, dining halls, and large camp complexes serving mining, oil and gas, infrastructure, and remote industrial projects.

Built with bolt-connected steel frames and interchangeable wall panels, the system can be expanded horizontally and vertically to match project scale. Available options include rock wool or PU insulation, anti-corrosion coatings, double-glazed windows, and climate adaptation for cold, hot, humid, coastal, and high-altitude environments.

We support layout design, module configuration, material selection, production planning, shipping coordination, and on-site installation guidance for overseas projects. Typical lead time is 10–15 days, subject to order quantity and customization level; OEM/ODM and project-specific documentation are available on request.

Quality control runs from raw-material incoming inspection through in-process checks to finished-unit testing. Batch traceability is kept on every order. The panels bolted together on site trace back to a controlled production record, not an anonymous supply chain.

Maximum units per container, minimum freight per m²

Flat pack is the freight-efficiency play, and the numbers decide it. Our quick-assembly flat-pack system ships in knock-down form - columns, beams, wall panels, and floor panels packed flat and separately. 14 sets load into one 40HQ container - the highest density of any building system on this site. Columns connect to the top and bottom beams with bolts on site. A local crew with standard tools can assemble without welding or cranes for the panels themselves. The base unit runs 6,000 × 3,000 × 3,000 mm, sized for site offices, worker accommodation, and multi-unit apartment layouts. If your project has assembly labour on the ground and freight budget in the crosshairs, flat pack is the system to price first.

Wanbang projects run across Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. That track record includes a 150-unit camp for a power transmission project in the Atacama Desert, Chile. These are not showroom builds. They are units that had to survive long-distance transport, harsh weather, and daily occupancy - the life a site camp leads.
