A camp brief is rarely one thing. One project needs a thousand identical dormitories that ship flat and open fast; another needs a living or hospitality space with a different presence. Two lines let Wanbang answer both from one workshop, without forcing every job onto a unit that fits neither.
The expandable, or twin-wing, container house travels as a narrow box and opens on site into a finished room with floors, walls, ceiling, windows and services already built in. It comes in 20 ft, 30 ft and 40 ft footprints, which covers a single room through a multi-room unit. On a remote site it is the workhorse: dormitory, site office, ablution block or store, all from the same transport envelope.
The capsule house range serves living and hospitality camps where the brief asks for more than sleep space, from a site manager's unit to a guest or staff living module. The H0, H7-1 and H11 variants cover the common footprints a camp planner actually specifies, so a living camp can be built from the same supplier as the workforce camp beside it.
Both lines ship flat, both open on site without site welding, and both connect to the same pre-integrated water, power and drainage interfaces. That shared backbone is what lets a camp mix dormitory, office, clinic and living units without a different trade for each.
Expandable container house
Twin-wing, 20 / 30 / 40 ft. The high-volume workhorse for dormitory, office and ablution blocks that must open fast.
Capsule house range
H0, H7-1, H11. The living and hospitality line for manager units and staff camps with a higher specification.
Shared backbone
Both ship flat, assemble without welding, and connect to the same pre-integrated water, power and drainage interfaces.
| Brief | Recommended line | Why |
|---|---|---|
| High-volume dormitory for 1,000+ | Expandable 20 / 30 / 40 ft | Ships flat, opens fast, identical units at scale |
| Site office and ablution block | Expandable | Same transport envelope as the dormitories |
| Living or hospitality unit | Capsule H0 / H7-1 / H11 | Higher-spec living presence |
| Mixed camp | Both, shared interfaces | One supplier, one service grid |
Yes. Because they share structural and service interfaces, a camp can mix dormitory, office, clinic and living units without a different connection method for each.
No. Both lines assemble with bolted connections and no site welding, which keeps the work off the critical path and makes the units relocatable.
The production system carries ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and EU CE coverage.
